Windows Vista No voice chat fix!!  - (Released ?-?-07) I have read that anyone that has The New Windows Vista soon finds out there Yahoo Messenger version 8.1 and 9.0 voice chat doesn't work!! It seems the new vista OS leaves out an IMPORTANT sound codec.. the exact same codec yahoo messenger needs for voice chat!!!  I'm glad its a easy fix just download this file and be sure you have one of  the CURRENT yahoo messenger builds up above, then with yahoo messenger closed run the tsp_codec_install.exe..It will install the codec for you..then load up yahoo messenger and BOOM voice chat is back!!!!Thanks to the people at bytescribe.com for releasing a easy fix!!

Yahoo Messenger for Vista Build 1.2.1.1046 - (Released 7-2-08) NOW HAS VOICE AND SMS!! This version is Very early Beta and is missing ALOT of features of the Full versions of yahoo messenger.. It has no chat rooms, no webcam, no file sharing, no photo share all the fun stuff is missing.. You can install it and run it along side the 9.0 or 8.1 versions.. Yahoo Messenger for MAC Beta 3 Build 126432 - (Released 8-28-08) Mac is still missing a few things like  But most of all the fun stuff is there!! This version is supposed to fix a crash issuse with Leopard.
